Return conditions
Return time You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product that does not suit you.
Product status Returned products must be new, unused and in their original packaging. They must be accompanied by all accessories and documents supplied.
Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We advise you to use a delivery service with tracking to guarantee proper receipt of your return.
Return procedure
Contact us Before making a return, please contact us by email at contact@mapiecedeau.fr or via our contact form. Indicate your order number, the product(s) concerned, and the reason for the return.
Prepare the parcel Carefully pack the product to be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories. Include a copy of your invoice or a return slip.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Be sure to obtain a tracking number to verify receipt of your package.
Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the product complies with our return conditions, we will process your refund within 14 days.
The refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Initial delivery charges are not refundable.
Exceptions
Some products cannot be returned, such as personalized items or opened hygiene products. If a product has a defect or error on our part, please contact us immediately for a quick resolution.
